CuddleBots for Christchurch!

Completed CuddleBot Ready for Stuffing
I wasn’t too sure what to call them, but as we are making them for Children who have been traumatised through the recent earthquake in Christchurch who need something to hug I thought the name was appropriate.

So far there are 20 ready to be shipped by the end of the week, and there are some on their way from people making them in Wellington, Napier and Champaign, Illinois, USA!
If you would like to make one to be sent to a child who has lost everything in the Christchurch Earthquake, please email me for postage details. I have made contact with a group in Christchurch who are making packages for family's who require help- Every little bit helps!

Also If you would like the pattern please email me!
I Look forward to hearing from you!( And I will also post Pic's of all the CuddleBots that we send)

This is the first instruction sheet and pattern that I have ever made, so bear with me, and questions or query’s please let me know!
You can follow the pattern, or come up with your own style!

Instructions:
To cut out the body’s fold the fabric in half (lengthways) so you will have a 30cm x 40cm rectangle)
Place the pattern on the fabric and pin through the two layers.
Cut out around the pattern.
Cut out a shape for the face from your contrasting fabric, and 2 ears. If your contrasting fabric is not polar fleece or felt you may have to edge/hem your fabric to stop it from fraying)

1 Pink or Red Mouth
1 Red Heart (Goes on its Butt!)
Whatever colour shapes you want for the front
